Key Responsibilities

• Generate and connect with client leads through calling, networking, and digital channelsto build a strong sales pipeline.

• Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and detailed site surveys to assesssolar installation feasibility.

• Prepare accurate, customized quotations based on site surveys, BOM, and client needs,highlighting ROI and net-zero benefits.

• Negotiate and close deals effectively, overcoming objections to achieve sales targets.

• Manage the complete payment process, from invoicing to collections, ensuring timelyrealizations.

• Provide explicit, knowledgeable answers to customer queries on solar tech, subsidies,warranties, and project timelines..

• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Excel) and MS Office for lead tracking andquotations.

• Ability to travel for site visits and meetings across Gujarat.





• Target-driven mindset with a track record of closing deals worth ₹5+ lakhs.Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of solar incentives, net metering, and government schemes (e.g., PM SuryaGhar).

• Familiarity with organic SEO, social media (Instagram reels), or vastu/numerology forclient consultations.

• Experience in event planning or community networking for lead generation.
