*Role Summary:*

Looking for an experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and finalization support for our D2C, Retail and Marketplace business.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

*1. Accounting & Bookkeeping*

- Daily accounting entries in Tally Prime / Zoho Books

- Handle sales, purchase, expenses, payments, journal entries

- Maintain accurate books of accounts

*2. GST & TDS Compliance*

- Monthly GST filing - GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation

- TDS deduction, payment and quarterly return filing

- Coordinate with CA for audit and tax filings

*3. Accounts Payable & Receivable*

- Vendor bill booking, payment planning and ledger reconciliation

- Customer ledger reconciliation - Marketplace, D2C, Distributors

- Follow up for payments and collections

*4. Marketplace & E-commerce Reconciliation*

- Reconcile Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa settlements, commissions, returns

- Reconcile Shopify, Razorpay, PayU,



COD payments with bank

- Identify short payments / extra deductions and raise claims

*5. Banking & Finance*

- Daily bank reconciliation and BRS preparation

- Manage cash flow, petty cash, fund tracking

- Handle online payments, cheque payments

*6. Retail & Inventory Accounting*

- Daily retail store sales reconciliation, POS, cash deposit verification

- Stock valuation and inventory accounting support

*7. MIS & Audit*

- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L; and expense reports

- Support in month-end closing and year-end audit

- Maintain proper filing of invoices and documents

*Requirements:*

- 2-5 years experience as Accountant in D2C / Retail / E-commerce / Trading Company

- Must have: Tally Prime, Zoho Books, MS Excel, GST Portal, TDS

- Knowledge of marketplace reconciliation and retail accounting preferred

- Detail-oriented, honest, deadline-driven
