Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Fitter for our Deburring and Finishing Department. The candidate will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metal components to ensure proper finishing and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deburring and finishing operations on metal components.
- Use hand tools, grinders, files, and other finishing tools.
- Remove sharp edges, burrs, and unwanted material from components.
- Inspect finished components for surface quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of fitting and finishing operations.
- Experience in using hand tools and grinding tools.
- Ability to identify burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments will be an added advantage.
