About Cars24Cars24 is a leading automotive platform offering convenient solutions for buying, selling, and financing cars. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Agra and help connect potential customers with the right cars and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Follow-Ups: Connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Customer Calling: Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers interested in buying, selling, or financing cars.
- Appointment Scheduling: Encourage interested customers to visit our showroom and book test drives or car evaluations.
- Customer Assistance: Provide information about available cars, pricing, offers, and financing options.
- CRM Management: Maintain customer records, update lead statuses, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Sales Support: Follow up on missed calls, WhatsApp inquiries,



and existing leads to improve conversions.

Skills & Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp, and CRM knowledge.
- Good follow-up skills and ability to handle customer queries.
- Candidates with previous experience in the automobile industry, particularly used-car sales, dealership telecalling, or automotive customer support, will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
