The staff has to be a multi tasker. Splashit is an experience studio where kids and adults come to do activities and have food. The staff has to conduct all the activities, engage with clients and maintain the studio. The staff has to clean the studio once in the morning and then finish other jobs required in the studio. They have to help serve the guests as well.
