- ? Roles & Responsibilities? Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- ? Assist customers with banking-related queries and service requests.
- ? Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- ?️ Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
- ? Follow company procedures, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- ⌨️ Ensure accurate data entry with positive typing speed.
- ? Deliver excellent customer service with patience and empathy.
- ? Eligibility CriteriaGraduation is mandatory.
- Candidates must have provisional documents available.
- Pursuing higher education and B.Pharmacy students are not eligible.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply,

- Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Regional language proficiency is preferred.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills are required.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing accuracy are essential.

- Salary Option 1: ₹16,200 CTC | ₹15,700 Take-Home
- Salary Option 2: Up to ₹23,000 CTC | Up to ₹17,500 Take-Home
- ? Transportation: Two-way cab facility or ₹2,000 transport allowance, as per company policy.

Salary depends on the applicable profile and eligibility.

- ?️ Working ScheduleWorking Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off
