We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive B2B customer acquisition and account management for our premium range of plastic banquet chairs, clear/polycarbonate chairs, event furniture. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for wedding planners, event rental companies, banquet hall owners, and hospitality vendors across India, converting inbound leads and generating outbound opportunities to expand our pan-India market share.

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Management: Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, social media, and B2B portals; qualify prospects and guide them through our product catalog, specifications, and pricing.
- Outbound Business Development: Actively pitch event planners, decor stylists, and rental houses across major Indian wedding hubs to secure bulk orders.
- Consultative Sales: Present product specifications (such as weight capacities, stackability, dimensions, and material grades like polycarbonate and polypropylene) to match client aesthetic and durability requirements.
- Quotation & Negotiation:



Prepare prompt commercial quotations, negotiate pricing for container-load or bulk event quantities, and close sales in coordination with dispatch and logistics.
- CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM to ensure a predictable sales pipeline.
- Key Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales, tele-sales, or key account management (experience in hospitality, furniture, or the event/wedding supply industry is a solid plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, plus fluency in Hindi or regional languages to connect seamlessly with clients Pan-India.
- Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, high energy, goal-driven mindset, and comfort with digital sales tools/CRMs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
