We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our Workplace Solutions / Facilities Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing wooden structures, furniture, fixtures, and partition systems across the corporate facility to ensure a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing work environment.

- Key Responsibilities:Maintenance & Repairs: Perform regular maintenance and repair of corporate office furniture (workstations, desk drawers, executive tables, chairs, doors, locks, cabinet hinges, and partition panels).
- Installation & Assembly: Assemble, install, and align prefabricated office furniture, modular workstations, door closures, window frames, and decorative woodwork.
- Safety & Upkeep: Inspect office premises regularly for wooden damage or hazard risks and conduct preventive maintenance to minimize operational downtime.
- Material Management: Estimate required materials, hardware, and tools for minor repair projects and maintain a inventory log of carpentering tools and hardware.
- Vendor & Team Coordination:



Coordinate with the internal Facilities Operations team for daily ticket resolutions and assist external vendors during major layout renovations.
- Key Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on commercial/corporate carpentry experience (Experience working in corporate office environments or commercial facilities is highly preferred).

- Proficiency in handling hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Knowledge of modern office modular furniture systems, door locks, glass partition fittings, and hardware components.
- Ability to read basic architectural drawings or layout sketches.

- Comfortable working within a corporate office environment adhering to corporate dress code and workplace etiquette.
- Basic verbal communication skills to coordinate with facility managers and internal staff.
