About the Role:
We are an authorized distribution partner for V-Guard Industries in Bangalore. We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our dealer and retailer network across assigned local beats.
(Note: This is a B2B Channel / Dealer Sales role, not door-to-door B2C sales).
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Beat Visits: Visit existing electrical, hardware, and home appliance shops in your assigned Bangalore territory as per a fixed daily beat plan.
Order Booking (Secondary Sales): Drive regular billing across V-Guard’s product range (Stabilizers, Water Heaters, Fans, Inverters/Batteries and Kitchen Appliances).
Payment Collection: Follow up on credit bills, ensure timely payment recovery within credit cycles, and reconcile outstanding dealer ledgers.
New Counter Opening: Identify and onboard untapped electrical and hardware retailers in your territory to expand market coverage.
Scheme & Relationship Management: Communicate latest V-Guard dealer schemes, resolve basic stock/warranty queries, and Coordinate with our warehouse/dispatch team for smooth deliveries.
Mandatory Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 4 years in B2B field sales, distributor sales, or channel distribution. Candidates from Electricals (FMEG), Hardware, Sanitaryware, Paints, or FMCG background will be preferred.
Language: Fluent Kannada is mandatory (working knowledge of Hindi/English/Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage).
Vehicle: Must own a Two-Wheeler with a valid Driving License and smartphone for order booking/reporting.
Local Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Bangalore roads and local retail markets.
