✅ Non-DRA Collection Executives – 50 Openings

Eligibility Criteria

- Intermediate (10+2) or above
- Experience in Collections & Recovery is mandatory (6 Months)
- DRA Certification required for DRA positions
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

Salary & Benefits

? Salary: 18,000 - 22,000 per month

? One Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up on repayment commitments and pending dues.
- Handle collection and recovery calls professionally.
- Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.




- Achieve assigned collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Working Hours

? Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

? Shift 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
