We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the HSBC Credit Card Process at Teleperformance, Thane. Candidates will handle inbound customer calls related to credit cards, resolve customer queries, provide information about card services, and cross-sell relevant credit card offers, schemes, and products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) and Graduates are eligible.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO inbound voice customer service experience preferred/required for experienced candidates.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory (C1 communication level).
- Skills: Good customer-handling, problem-solving, active listening, and convincing skills.
- Credit History:
Candidates should be prepared for CIBIL score verification and discussion regarding any past loan defaults.
Shift & Perks:
- Day shift with rotational shifts.
- 9-hour shift, including a 1-hour break.
- 2 rotational week-offs.
- Salary: Up to ₹34,000 in hand (₹40,000 CTC), subject to eligibility.
- Centralised pick-up and drop facilities from Thane Station.
Selection Process: HR Round → Operations Round → Client Round. Versant Level 6 is mandatory before the client round.
