Job Description

ETH Infra Private Limited is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Growth Expert with experience in the real estate industry to strengthen our online presence, increase audience engagement, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Grow followers organically and improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

- Generate qualified leads through social media campaigns and engaging content.

- Analyse social media insights, audience behaviour, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with the content, graphic design, and video editing teams.

- Plan reels, property showcases, project promotions, and real estate marketing campaigns.





- Track performance metrics and prepare regular growth reports.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and marketing strategies.

Required Skills

- Experience in social media growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing.

- Knowledge of real estate marketing and lead generation.

- Solid understanding of Instagram Reels, Meta platforms, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

- Expertise in organic growth strategies, content planning, and analytics.

- Creative thinking with a focus on measurable results.

Experience: Relevant experience preferred, especially in real estate.
