- Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and help them select sarees, lehengas, blouses and other clothing products.
- Explain product details, fabric, designs, sizes and prices.
- Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Arrange, fold and display products properly.
- Assist with billing, packaging and order handling.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation.
- Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in fashion and ethnic wear.
- Honest, punctual and responsible.
- Basic billing and calculation skills.
- Retail experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
