About the Role

NeeD – A GCR Product is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused professionals to join our team as

Booking & Customer Relationship Management Consultants. The role involves handling customer enquiries,

converting leads into confirmed bookings, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with the Booking and

Operations Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and rental options.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the booking process.

• Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, pricing, rental terms, and requirements.

• Coordinate with Fleet and Operations Teams for smooth vehicle allocation and delivery.

• Maintain proper booking records and update customer information.

• Follow up on pending payments and booking confirmations.

• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Achieve individual and monthly booking targets.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, skills, communication ability, and interview

performance.



The final salary package will be discussed during the interview.

Booking Incentive Structure

Performance Incentive

Every confirmed booking n250 per booking

30 confirmed bookings in a month n7,500+ incentive

50 confirmed bookings in a month n50,000 incentive

Key: Incentives are applicable as per company policy and only for eligible confirmed bookings.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Confident and professional approach towards customers.

• Ability to convince, negotiate, follow up, and close bookings.

• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.

• Target-oriented and motivated to earn performance-based incentives.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, travel, car rental, telecalling, or relationship management is an

advantage.
