Job DescriptionTHE FIXER LAB is looking for a confident, result-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Manager to handle customer enquiries, generate sales, follow up with leads, and convert potential customers into paying clients for our premium shoe cleaning, handbag restoration, and leather care services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Follow up on leads from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and generate sales.
- Explain services, pricing, offers, and membership plans to customers.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending leads.
- Build robust customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for customer pickups and deliveries.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship management preferred.
- Sales-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer and CRM/Excel knowledge.
- Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹7000–₹17000 per month, depending on experience.
