- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily bus body manufacturing and production activities.
- Coordinate fabrication, welding, assembly, fitment, and finishing operations.
- Manage manpower allocation and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor product quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and other departments for smooth production.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Track production progress and resolve shop-floor issues.
- Skills Required Knowledge of automobile manufacturing and bus body fabrication.
- Valuable manpower handling and team coordination skills.
- Ability to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
