Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Baker with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in bakery operations. The candidate must have prior experience managing food delivery platforms such as Zomato and Swiggy. The selected candidate will be fully responsible for handling the bakery’s online delivery business, ensuring product quality, timely order preparation, smooth order processing, and customer satisfaction.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake a variety of bakery products while maintaining consistent taste, quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Independently manage the bakery’s online delivery business through Zomato and Swiggy.
- Handle incoming orders from both platforms and ensure timely preparation and dispatch.
- Manage menu listings, product availability, pricing, and product details on delivery platforms.
- Monitor incoming orders, order status, cancellations, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate packaging and dispatch to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.
- Maintain proper stock of ingredients, monitor inventory, and ensure the availability of essential bakery supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene,



and cleanliness standards throughout the preparation and packaging process.
- Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities to improve orders and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve order-related issues and coordinate with delivery partners or platform support when required.
- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of the Zomato and Swiggy business.
- RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant baking experience.
- Prior hands-on experience managing Zomato and Swiggy is mandatory.
- Ability to independently handle the complete online food delivery business.
- Positive knowledge of bakery products, baking techniques, ingredients, and food quality standards.
- Experience managing online orders, menu updates, packaging, and order dispatch.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently.
