Job SummaryNumberone Housing & Properties is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to develop and manage a strong network of Associate Partners. The BDM will be responsible for recruiting Associate Partners, training them, motivating their teams, and generating plot sales through the partner network.

- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new Associate Partners.
- Explain the company’s projects, business opportunities, and payout structure.
- Train Associate Partners in lead generation, customer handling, project presentation, follow-up, site visits, and sales closing.
- Set business targets and support partners in achieving them.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and business opportunity presentations.
- Generate sales enquiries and arrange customer site visits through the Associate Partner network.
- Monitor partner activity, sales performance, and follow-ups.
- Build, motivate, and retain an active and productive sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for booking, documentation, registration,



and payout processing.
- Ensure that Associate Partner payouts are calculated and processed according to the company’s approved payout structure.
- Provide regular business reports and market feedback to management.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in business development, channel sales, team handling, direct sales, insurance, real estate, or network development is preferred.
- Strong recruitment, training, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and manage a large Associate Partner network.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on business generation.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and plot sales will be an advantage.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication, leadership ability, and a solid interest in sales may also apply.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally are preferred.
