Job Responsibilities:

-Generate leads for Personal Loan through tele-calling and references

-Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and documentation process

- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets

- Follow up with customers for documents and verification

-Update daily sales report in CRM / Excel

Required Skills:

- Must have experience in Personal Loan / Banking / Financial Services

- Valuable communication in Hindi & English

- Basic knowledge of personal loan process (CIBIL, FOIR, etc.)

- Must be target oriented and self-motivated

- Ready to work in sales pressure
