- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Build long-term relationships and provide timely customer support.
- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good client-handling and coordination skills.
- Basic English and the ability to explain insurance information clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and customer-focused.
