Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Telesales to lead and motivate a team of telesales executives, achieve sales targets, improve team productivity, and ensure excellent customer engagement.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance, call quality, conversion rates, and productivity.
- Develop sales strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
- Monitor outbound and inbound calls to ensure quality and adherence to company guidelines.
- Track team KPIs, prepare performance reports, and share updates with management.
