Job Description: Head – Service Network & Operations (Pan India)Company: LPES InternationalIndustry: Lightning Protection, Earthing & Surge ProtectionLocation: Pan India | Extensive TravelRole ObjectiveBuild and manage a nationwide network of independent service vendors and contractors to deliver reliable installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance services across India.Key Responsibilities- Network Development: Identify, onboard, and develop qualified service vendors across all regions of India. Training & Development: Train vendors on LPES products, installation methods, technical standards, safety, and quality requirements. Service Operations: Plan and deploy service teams for projects, ensuring timely execution and resource availability. Client Management: Handle client coordination, service escalations, complaints, and customer satisfaction. Vendor Management: Negotiate rates, manage relationships, monitor performance, and coordinate timely vendor payments with Finance. Quality & Compliance: Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, safety, and project documentation. Process Building: Establish SOPs, vendor databases,



performance tracking, and scalable service delivery systems.Candidate Profile- 5–10 years of experience in service operations, electrical contracting, EPC, or project execution. Proven experience in developing and managing third-party vendor networks. Knowledge of electrical systems, earthing, lightning protection, and site execution. Solid vendor negotiation, client handling, planning, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively across India.Key Performance Indicators- Pan-India vendor network coverage.
