Job Responsibility:

1) Audit related documents and necessary preparation for audit

2) Handling QA team with traning, all online check, documents, analysis.

3) Minimising the customer complaint

4) Application of QMS in process

5) Day to day quality check and NC from RM to dispatch

6) Quality related communication with supplier, customer and team members

7) Traceability and mock recalls and internal audit and other requirement.

8) Monitoring Production Process

9) Ensuring Regulatory Compliance

10) Develops sampling plan and procedures for testing product quality

11) Verify suppliers from safety perspective.
