Hiring for Field Phlebotomist & Front Office Phlebotomist

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Field Phlebotomists and Front Office Phlebotomists to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for collecting blood samples and other diagnostic specimens at patients' homes, diagnostic centres, clinics, hospitals, and health camps while maintaining high standards of patient care, sample handling, hygiene, and safety.

Both positions require candidates to participate in health camps and sample collection camps as assigned by the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Phlebotomist

- Visit patients at homes, clinics, hospitals, and corporate locations to collect blood samples and other diagnostic specimens.
- Attend health camps, corporate camps, and other sample collection camps organized by the company.
- Perform blood collection at camp locations while following proper phlebotomy procedures.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, storage, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.
- Verify patient details and test requisitions before sample collection.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
- Maintain daily collection records and submit reports to the reporting manager.
- Achieve assigned monthly sample collection or billing targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate clients, and patients.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team to ensure timely processing of samples.
- Handle collection equipment, kits, and supplies responsibly.

2. Front Office Phlebotomist

- Welcome patients and collect blood samples and other diagnostic specimens at the laboratory or collection centre.




- Attend health camps, corporate camps, and other sample collection camps organized by the company, as required.
- Perform blood collection at the collection centre and assigned camp locations.
- Verify patient details, test requisitions, and billing information before sample collection.
- Ensure accurate sample labeling, handling, storage, and preparation for transportation or laboratory testing.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control standards.
- Assist with patient registration, sample entry, and coordination with the front office team, as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sample collections and ensure proper documentation.
- Support the achievement of assigned sample collection and billing targets.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate sample processing.
- Provide professional assistance and ensure a positive patient experience.

Work Requirements

Field Phlebotomist

- The position involves 100% field work.
- Daily travel across assigned areas for home sample collection, client visits, and health camps is required.
- Candidates must be comfortable with daily travel and flexible working hours.

Front Office Phlebotomist

- The position is primarily based at the laboratory, diagnostic centre,



or collection centre.
- Candidates must be willing to travel to assigned health camps and sample collection camps whenever required.
- Candidates should be comfortable with patient interaction, blood collection duties, and flexible working hours as per operational requirements.

Common Requirement for Both Positions

- Participation in health camps, corporate camps, and promotional sample collection camps is mandatory as assigned.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings when required for camps and sample collection.
- Commitment to achieving assigned collection and billing targets.
- QualificationsDMLT / MLT / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Phlebotomy will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of blood collection procedures, sample handling, and infection control practices.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in blood sample collection, phlebotomy, or diagnostic services preferred.
- Freshers with appropriate training and practical knowledge may also apply.
- Desired SkillsGood patient-handling and communication skills.
