Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of agency experience who understands multi-client handling, campaign strategy, content planning, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be creative, strategic, trend-aware, and capable of driving measurable growth across social media platforms.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans aligned with client objectives.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, primarily through Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate closely with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure timely execution.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.




- Manage client communication, understand business goals, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Identify opportunities for audience growth, engagement improvement, and brand visibility enhancement.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, social media growth, engagement building, and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Canva and other relevant social media management or creative tools.
- Creative and trend-aware professional with a strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and content performance. Ability to identify emerging trends, develop creative content and campaign ideas, and execute growth-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, drive follower growth, and deliver measurable results for clients.
