Role: Train and coach our sales team on nutrition, wellness products and selling techniques (telesales and video-call/face-to-face). Monitor calls, give feedback, run role-plays and help the team hit targets.
Requirements:
Good nutrition knowledge
Healthcare sales experience (telesales or video-call/face-to-face)
Sales achievement of around ₹1–1.5 lakh
Solid communication and coaching skills
Preferred: nutrition, clinical or pharma/pharmacist background
