Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls and chats.
- Explain jewellery products, prices and offers to customers.
- Convert customer enquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Manage customer orders and maintain sales records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphones.
- Positive convincing and selling skills.
- Polite, responsible and hardworking personality.
- Jewellery or retail sales experience preferred.
