Job DescriptionNeeD is looking for responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Driver & Field Collections Executive. The role involves driving company vehicles when required, visiting customers for payment collections, handling field operations, and supporting daily business activities.

Candidates must have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customers politely while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Operations

- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly whenever assigned.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in good condition and report any issues immediately.
- Assist with vehicle pickup, drop-off, delivery, and other operational activities.
- Follow traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures.

Field Collections

- Visit customers to follow up on pending payments and outstanding dues.
- Collect payments through approved company payment methods and provide confirmation to the Accounts team.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and payment commitments.




- Follow up with customers professionally and escalate delayed or disputed payments to management.
- Submit daily field activity and collection reports.

General Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Booking, Operations, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and skilled conduct.
- Complete assigned field visits and operational tasks within the given timelines.
- Protect company assets and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Eligibility CriteriaValid driving licence and good driving skills.
- Knowledge of Bangalore routes and nearby locations is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and collections.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and target-oriented.
