Dhanush Association is looking for motivated and responsible candidates for the position of Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, coordinate with workers, and ensure smooth project execution.
? Location: Across Gujarat
? Experience: Fresher / 6 Months – 1 Year (Experience Preferred)
? Employment Type: Full-Time
? Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
? Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
✅ Coordinate with workers and contractors.
✅ Manage manpower and assign daily tasks.
✅ Check materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
✅ Ensure work is completed properly and on time.
✅ Maintain daily site reports and records.
✅ Coordinate with the Project Manager and office team.
✅ Follow quality and safety procedures.
✅ Travel to different project sites across Gujarat.
? Requirements
? Freshers can apply.
? 6 months to 1 year of site supervision or construction experience preferred.
? Basic knowledge of site work and construction materials.
? Good communication and team-handling skills.
? Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred.
? Diploma / ITI / Graduate candidates can apply.
? Must be comfortable travelling and staying at project sites across Gujarat.
