We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-focused Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across guest rooms and hotel common areas, ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards.
- Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of all assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the concerned team.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain professional service standards.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred; freshers may apply.
- Good attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
