- Roles & ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the HR team in meeting recruitment targets.
- Requirements0–1 year of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
