We are looking for a highly presentable, well-spoken, and organized Female Showroom Executive for our Premium Laminates showroom.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do)
Showroom Tour Guide: Warmly welcome walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers. Walk with them through the showroom and show them our laminate displays.
Provide Product Knowledge: Confidently explain the features, textures, finishes, and advantages of our premium laminates. Help customers understand why our product is the best fit for their interior needs.
Consult, Don't Sell: Answer customer queries regarding product sizes and availability. There is absolutely no pressure on you to close deals or make sales.
Customer Data Management:
Carefully record daily walk-in data. Enter customer details, contact numbers, and their specific material inquiries into the computer (Excel/Word).
Showroom Presentation: Ensure laminate catalogs, display samples, and the front desk area are always neat and organized.
Candidate Requirements (Who we are looking for)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role where you had to explain things to clients (e.g., Showroom Host, Front Desk, Customer Care).
- Communication Skills: Excellent, polite speaking skills in Gujarati and Hindi. Basic English is required to explain premium products to architects and designers.
- Personality: Active, well-groomed, patient, and comfortable standing/walking around the showroom to guide customers.
- Basic Computer Skills: Must know how to use a computer for basic data entry to manage the daily inquiry register.
