Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished products.

Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.

Check component dimensions as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.

Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and dial gauges.

Verify CNC/VMC machined components against drawing tolerances.

Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

Identify non-conforming components and segregate rejected materials.

Inform production and quality supervisors about defects and deviations.

Verify corrective actions taken to prevent repeated defects.

Maintain calibration status and proper handling of measuring instruments.

Follow customer quality requirements and applicable ISO 9001 procedures.

Maintain 5S and workplace cleanliness.
