We seek a Quality Controller to ensure top-notch production standards while driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

? Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to meet quality standards.

? Identify defects, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.

? Enforce workflow standardization, SOPs, and quality control processes.

? Implement 5S methodology for workplace organization and efficiency.





? Train employees on quality best practices and defect prevention.

? Maintain quality records, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

? Diploma/Bachelor’s in Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).

? Experience in quality control (preferred but not mandatory).

? Knowledge of 5S, RCA, and process optimization is a plus.

? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
