About the Role

PY Traders is looking for an experienced, hardworking and result-oriented Marketing Head to drive sales and expand the market presence of our makhana and packaged snack products under the Kadak Snacks brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to increase product sales and distribution.

• Build relationships with retail stores, supermarkets, distributors and other business partners.

• Drive sales through stalls at housing societies, exhibitions, fairs, seminars and corporate events.

• Manage sales executives, promoters and field teams to achieve business targets.

• Independently handle sales planning, market expansion, customer acquisition and business development.

• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and achieve monthly targets.

• Plan product promotions, sampling activities and local marketing campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the FMCG sector,



preferably in food products, packaged snacks, namkeen or dry fruits.

• Graduate or postgraduate from a reputed college, preferably with an MBA in Marketing or Sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and team management skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets independently and manage business operations effectively.

• Willingness to travel for field sales, retail visits and promotional events.

• Must be hardworking, self-motivated and result-oriented.

Salary & Accommodation

Annual compensation of 6 LPA, including performance-based incentives. Accommodation support may be provided to eligible candidates relocating to our Chhatarpur, South Delhi location, subject to mutually agreed terms.
