Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates to join our **Sales & Upgradation Process** at Pocketly Info Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact existing and potential customers to explain suitable loan and financial product offerings.

- Promote loan products and encourage eligible customers to upgrade their existing loan limits or avail additional services.

- Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful sales.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.





- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company policies and processes.

- Provide a positive customer experience through effective communication and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Robust sales aptitude and customer-handling abilities.

- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.
