What the role looks like day-to-day:

– Run the floor: production planning, batch control, yield tracking, and a sharp eye on the line

– Own food safety end-to-end: FSSAI compliance, HACCP, temperature & hygiene logs, incoming QC, pest control, staff training

– Keep the team honest: ensure SOPs are followed even when no one is watching

– Partner with leadership on scale: we’re growing, and you’ll help shape how

What we’re looking for:

– 5+ years in cloud kitchen / QSR commissary / multi-brand central kitchen ops

– FSSAI FoSTaC Level-2 (Advanced Catering), or willingness to get certified quickly

– Comfortable handling volume, pressure, and high accountability

– Solid ownership mindset — you take hygiene personally

– Bonus: experience setting up a central kitchen from scratch
