The Block Field Executive is responsible for implementing project activities at the block level, coordinating with field staff and local stakeholders, conducting field visits, collecting data, and ensuring the timely achievement of assigned targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to villages and assigned areas.
- Implement project activities according to organizational guidelines.
- Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, local authorities, community members, and other stakeholders.
- Mobilize and engage beneficiaries for project activities.
- Collect, verify, and maintain field data and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor field activities and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Support awareness campaigns, training sessions, and community meetings.




- Identify field-level challenges and report them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project requirements.
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualifications preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years of relevant field experience; freshers may also apply.
- Skills: Valuable communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, smartphones, and data collection applications.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned block.
- Knowledge of the local language and community practices.
