Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented HR Recruiter who specialises in hiring operational staff for our growing chain of South Indian restaurants.
The primary responsibility will be to source, recruit and onboard reliable restaurant staff across our multiple outlets.
This is a recruitment-focused position, NOT an administrative HR role.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit South Indian chefs, dosa masters, kitchen helpers, utility staff, cleaners and other restaurant operational staff.
- Source candidates through personal networks, job portals, recruitment groups, referrals and field recruitment.
- Build and maintain a robust database of available restaurant workers.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews and trial shifts.
- Ensure timely hiring based on outlet staffing requirements.
