Telecollections Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and loan collections.
- Handle customer queries and repayment commitments.
- Achieve collection targets and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of collections experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in both Telugu and Kannada is compulsory.
- Banking/NBFC collections experience preferred.
- Only currently working candidates or candidates serving their notice period are eligible.
