Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, follow up on enquiries, explain our services, and convert leads into confirmed service bookings.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle customer enquiries professionally while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Approach prospective customers and follow up on incoming enquiries.
- Explain COSKO’s services, pricing, booking process, and doorstep service perks.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed service bookings.
- Follow up with interested customers and customers who have not completed their bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer details, call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or company system.




- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth booking handovers.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, conversions, and confirmed bookings.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead conversion preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and working with daily targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- A proactive attitude, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
