- Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Salary hike based on current/last CTC and relevant sales experience
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹4,200 per month or ₹175 per working day, as per company policy

- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit 15–20 company-provided verified merchant leads daily.
- Acquire and onboard new merchants for PhonePe payment services.
- Install and activate PhonePe QR codes and SmartSpeakers.
- Explain digital payment solutions and their benefits to merchants.
- Maintain good relationships with merchants and assist with payment-related queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification:



12th Pass; graduates can also apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Sales experience in PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, BharatPe, telecom, FMCG, or merchant onboarding is preferred.
- Must own an Android smartphone.
- Must have a bike/scooter and a valid driving licence.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field.

Working Hours9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Day Shift
