Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator with solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in machine operation, tool setting, setup, drawing interpretation, and machining quality control.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Operate CNC machines and monitor machining operations.
- Perform machine setup and tool setting as per production requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot machining issues, including tool chatter.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and inserts for machining operations.
- Inspect components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain product quality.
- Follow production schedules and machine safety procedures.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge:-

- Good technical knowledge of CNC machine operations.




- Practical knowledge of machine setup and tool setting.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and tool selection.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot tool chatter and vibration during machining.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, and basic GD&T.;
- Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of machining processes and quality inspection.

Educational Qualification:-

12th pass/ ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical trade.

Experience:-

Candidates with relevant hands-on CNC machining experience preferred.
