Role overviewWe are hiring caring, skilled ANMs / Clinical Associates for our home healthcare and concierge care services. You will deliver professional medical care to patients in their homes, along with personalised, attentive service for our concierge clients.

Location: Hyderabad

Employment type: Full-time (shift-based / on-call rotation) Key responsibilities

Home care services

- Collect blood samples at home, with correct labelling and handling
- Provide wound dressings, IV infusions, injections and nebulisation as prescribed
- Give basic nursing care and general medical help
- Support post-discharge, elderly and bedridden patients with mobility, hygiene and pressure-sore prevention
- Record vitals, monitor patient health, and coordinate with doctors so consultations happen on time

Concierge care

- Provide dedicated, one-on-one care to concierge clients at their home, residence or hotel
- Follow a personalised care routine and manage medication schedules
- Accompany patients to hospital visits, diagnostics and consultations when needed
- Keep patients' families and the medical team regularly updated




- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional etiquette in private and high-profile settings

Emergency readiness

- Be ready to respond in emergencies, including CPR, and escalate quickly
- RequirementsQualified ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) or a relevant clinical certification
- 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred; candidates with foundational experience are welcome
- Strong communication skills in English, plus Telugu and/or Hindi
- A compassionate, courteous and well-groomed approach to patient care
- Ability to stay calm and decisive in medical emergencies
- Flexible for shift-based or on-call assignments
- A valid driving licence and personal vehicle are a plus (a company vehicle can be provided if required)
