? Hiring – HTO Field Sales Executive | Lenskart

? Location: Pune

? Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers Can Apply)

? Qualification: 12th Pass / Above

? Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their homes for appointments.

• Conduct preliminary eye power checks.

• Help customers select suitable frames and lenses.

• Convert customer visits into sales.

• Handle company-provided leads and generate additional leads.

• Carry the company-provided kit, including eye-testing equipment, iPad, frames and lenses.

Training:

• 25 days of classroom training.

• 8–10 days of field training with practical support.

• Paid training; field operations begin after successful training.





Eligibility Criteria:

• Age up to 35 years.

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable with field sales, travelling and carrying the equipment kit.

• Willing to work adaptable shifts.
