Job OverviewEdHike is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to generate quality leads for educational programs and optimize advertising campaigns.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Generate quality leads for Online MBA, UG, PG, and other educational programs.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, videos, and copy.
- Manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.




- Optimize advertising budgets to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the sales and counseling teams to improve lead outcomes.
- Required SkillsHands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Solid understanding of Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and budget management.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and performance analytics.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and achieve lead-generation targets.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
- Experience in the education or lead-generation industry will be an advantage.
