About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Tele-caller Executive to join our prestigious company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, Conversion of leads, explaining project details, coordinating site visits with the customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support the teams.

? Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.

Understanding customer requirements and explaining end to end requirements.

? Candidate Profile :

10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Real Estate sector, Tele-calling/ Customer support.





Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Strong follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Prior experience in Real Estate sector will be an added advantage.
