? Position: Team Leader – Collections & Recovery

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of Collection Executives.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct team briefings, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with collection policies and RBI guidelines.
- Maintain MIS reports and recovery performance data.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Relevant experience 1 year Collections & Recovery as Trainer is mandatory

✅ Prior team-handling experience is required.

✅ Solid communication and leadership skills.

✅ Knowledge of collection processes, recovery strategies, and performance management.

✅ Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Collection Agencies preferred.
