We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team at Abhinav TVS. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, understand vehicle service requirements, prepare job cards, coordinate with technicians, provide repair estimates, and ensure timely vehicle delivery with excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customers and understand their vehicle complaints.
- Prepare job cards and explain service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians and the spare parts team.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers and maintain service records.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
