Agustya Automobile Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Executive with 2–3 years of experience in claims processing and TAN-related compliance activities, preferably in the commercial vehicle and automotive industry. The candidate should have practical knowledge of handling claims related to trucks, buses, and other heavy commercial vehicles, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting finance-related activities using basic SAP FI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Claims Management

- Handle and process claims related to commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Verify claim documents, invoices, supporting records, and other relevant details for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, vendors, service teams, and internal departments for claim submission and settlement.
- Track pending claims, follow up on outstanding cases, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain claim registers, supporting documents, and records for reference and audit purposes.
- Identify discrepancies in claim submissions and coordinate with the concerned teams for corrective action.
- Prepare periodic claim status reports and provide updates to management.

2. TAN-Related Compliance and Documentation

- Handle TAN-related documentation and compliance activities as per company requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of TAN-related information, supporting documents, and statutory correspondence.
- Coordinate with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely completion of assigned compliance activities.
- Verify relevant documentation and maintain proper records for internal review and audit requirements.
- Follow up on pending documentation and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the concerned departments.

3. SAP FI and Finance Support





- Possess basic working knowledge of SAP FI for finance-related transactions and data entry.
- Assist in maintaining claim-related financial records and supporting documentation in the system.
- Support invoice verification, claim reconciliation, and basic financial record maintenance.
- Coordinate with the finance and accounts team to resolve discrepancies in claim-related entries.
- Maintain accurate data and ensure proper documentation of transactions as per company procedures.

4. Coordination and Reporting

- Coordinate with commercial, finance, accounts, sales, service, and dealership teams.
- Maintain trackers for claims submitted, approved, pending, and settled.
- Prepare regular reports on claim status, pending cases, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of claim documents and compliance records.
- Support internal audits and management reporting whenever required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in claims processing, commercial operations, or finance and accounts.
- Experience in the automobile or commercial vehicle industry, particularly trucks and buses, will be preferred.
- Practical experience in TAN-related compliance and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of SAP FI.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, documentation, and reporting.
